Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Analysera Med Oss Sverige AB, which operates Tradeification (contact@tradeification.com), is the data controller for the personal data you provide to us.

2. Data We Process

We only collect the data required to manage the waitlist and protect the website:

• Email address and optional first name when signing up.
• Timestamp of signup, confirmation (double opt-in), and any unsubscription.
• Technical data via Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to prevent automated attacks and spam.
• Aggregated visit and conversion statistics via our first-party Server-side GTM (sGTM), provided you have given consent for web analytics.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to:

• Manage the waitlist (Consent, GDPR Art. 6.1(a)): Send confirmation emails with double opt-in and notify you when the platform opens for early access. You are not added to the waitlist until you click the confirmation link.
• Web analytics (Consent, GDPR Art. 6.1(a)): Measure aggregated interest and campaign performance in Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Google Consent Mode v2.
• Security and operations (Legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6.1(f)): Protect forms and servers against overload and abuse.

4. Recipients and Data Processors

We never sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with necessary technical providers for the purposes set out in this policy and under valid data processing agreements (DPAs):

• Resend Inc: Infrastructure for sending transactional emails and confirmations.
• Google LLC: Provider of reCAPTCHA for form protection and analytics via our secure server-side proxy.

External partners: When you click a link or banner to an external partner's website, information about the campaign and referral source, for example via UTM parameters, may be passed along to the partner's website. The partner's own privacy policy then applies.

Some of our providers are established outside the EU/EEA. When personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with the GDPR, for example through the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or another applicable transfer mechanism.

5. Retention Period

Data collected for the waitlist is stored for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist and provide information about the launch. When the data is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised, unless there is another legal basis or obligation to retain it.

Unconfirmed signups, where the confirmation link has not been clicked, are not added to the waitlist. The confirmation link expires after 7 days.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of your personal data. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us at contact@tradeification.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
